Pumpkin Ravioli!

Oh wow. I am good. I mean really good!

I've been obsessing over making pumpkin treats and I thought I would give a go at making something with pumpkin that was on the savory side. I was going to make my own pasta, but I couldn't find an affordable pasta maker. I read online that wonton wrappers were a decent substitute, so I tried them, and while they have a different texture than pasta, they are SO DELICIOUS! Wonton wrappers can be found at your local grocery store (I found mine with the tofu) and they were surprisingly inexpensive (about $2.50 for a pack of 50-something wrappers!)

There are so many great things about making pumpkin ravioli. The total cost is under $10, they are stupid simple to make, stuffing the wrappers is a great activity for children to help with AND there are an infinite number of sauces that marry well with these joy bundles!
